Ok gotcha. That and the remaining notes are my only real concerns here. When notes finished seems like .01 is reasonable PPS without having to do a RS. $1 would be a different story. Hopefully that won't be an option since the last one was so recent.

Those are questions the CEO needs to answer. ATM...there is no info on that.

That is my point. IMO They are all questions that he needs to answer. Please notice that he is not and the fluff in the PRs and filings just generates more questions at least to me. IMO He did however answer the question as to why the AS was increased to 20 Billion in the 10Q and 10K. It stated that (paraphrased) they will use share to make ends meet. There minimum expense per year is 500K and they have a 26 million dollar loss to date and have only brought in 3600 in rev in 8 years.

I do know a R/S is required to get on the OTCQB,really no need for another one IMO
