I have heard about OWCP being a blockbuster for years all I have seen is paid pump and dumps - toxic financing - no revenue - no assets a worthless patent.

The management is a joke - all I read about was how great it was to get Hirsch and Zeevi - Hirsch was supposed to connections for funding all he could do is get toxic financing from DGF.
