That’s because you cannot trade stocks less than .0001. Its a SEC rule out in place after the crash in 1929.

Although the Market Makers like to scam and manipulate stocks so they got it changed so their software would display unlimited digits so they can further scam and make things look bad if they can.

So MM are the only ones who have the power to sell and buy less than .0001

MM can fill you less than .0001 if they want on a buy and if you sell at market they can buy them less than .0001

But you and I cannot, the public can’t buy/sell to each other less than .0001
