Lol...basically they have two defenses on which they are basing a counterclaim.

1) ‘we didn’t understand the agreement we entered into and EMA took advantage of our ignorance.’

2) ‘we think they violated SEC regulations so they shouldn’t be able to get away with it’.

The first notion is laughable on its face. They signed the agreement. Tough.

The second one is interesting because there is no SEC action here. Unless the SEC has found a violation of Regs...they won’t get far.

Beautiful. EMA is screwed and they know it. VYST will not only get the shares back, they will also get attorney's fees. As an added bonus, EMA will likely be charged with failing to register as a securities dealer.

The short squeeze is going to be spectacular to watch....for shareholders.

Is that how Vyst's lawyer "will vigorously prosecute its claims against EMA Financial for the return of millions of shares improperly taken by EMA" ?
