I am wondering if someone can answer my questions about this company

1.Has Mr Moscato gone to China to sign the final contracts for the $5M licensing deal
as I understand all flights to and from China
to the U.S. have been terminated though I
Dont know to what extent.

2 If so would this delay the trials in China

3.I understand there was to be a stock spin off
and that Numerex was to go to another exchange and raise funds or was it altogether with gnbt

4.I understand there was a stock dividend of NGO stock to gnbt stockholders of record Februsry 25 but did not occur yet.Is this record date going to move up when tge final transactions occur or would it still be Feb25th
