Recognizing that Andrew Coldicutt represents NBDR as their sign off lawyer is a real knee slapper. He works for shares for just about every one of the ten OTC scam tickers just like NBDR.
In fact he is currently under investigation by the SEC for false information irregularities. In fact the SEC/FINRA have chased down at least 25 such sign off lawyers within the last two years.
