600M shares at $0.005 into an O/S of 154M is the very definition of dilution. Not sure what the CEO was really thinking doing that, and in fact not sure what he was thinking merging into a stinky pink shell if he thought he could show enough potential value in his 1 commodity (that mask that will never sell) to score $3M of investments. Those sorts of things you show to venture capitalists and get them to invest, the OTC will never ever tolerate that sort of dilution since the narratives here are predominantly fake and traders hit the exits as soon as dilution is seen.
