What about him? Do you know his common share stake? The only thing I could find was that he bought $50M of commons from Berkowitz in June 2014. That's hardly a large sum for someone like Icahn, but if you have something more definitive and recent I would like to see it.
In fact, is there any proof that he still even has those FnF commons? They aren't required to be disclosed on 13-F forms, but that is not proof that he owns them.
