The LOI signed two months ago and has been silen ever since? LOI? LOL is more like it.

If QMC has the potential it's claimed to have, why didn't the investors invest in QMC? If $5+ is real why didn't they want to invest in QMC? Obviously they have a lot more information about the company than we do, and they didn't want to invest in QMC.

Even if it does happen, how do you know it's a good thing for the current shareholders? How do you know that the important technology doesn't end up in the new company and all current shareholders get is an empty bag? Maybe they see something of value in QMC, but they want to develop it in a different company where they get most of the value? Why would the investors want a new company unless it was a better deal for them?
