Again,all those hospitals were going to close or were closed. The pooch was screwed until we stepped in and maybe we stepped in to a pile of chit.
200 jobs and 2 hospitals 2 clinics remain open...could you do better?...that answer is no...but its easy to be a critic with no skin in the game.
So Nosey if your a consultant to fortune 500 or 1000 companies as you stated money not spent well. As your opinions if they were given as advise are not worth the fee.
