Read the Denver Post story. It's a Senator, not just a congressman.
"I'm here to clear any road blocks if needed" in reference to FDA clearing the kits when they arrived at Denver International Airport- which has already happened now.
The Senator is now "in close contact and personally available to AYTU" on a regular basis now and speaking with with CEO Josh Disbrow, they WANT THESE KITS AS FAST AS POSSIBLE not only in Colorado who they say, "Obviously wants them first" but more demand from around the U.S. and "other countries" than we ever imagined, etc.
It's a Senator. Senators swing 100X the power in Congress as house members- they're the big hitters.
Senator Cory Gardener - personally involved now with AYTU and "the test kits" and FDA. Pence has been "made aware if help is needed" (code-speak for FDA issues, import issues, etc)
