I provided the entire process in my stickie. That info is all about the facts behind the process of collecting on the expected Florida Court Judgement, which will become a Foreign Judgement in Brazil. I am certain BSF is well aware of those facts.

The minimum duration, without the pandemic, is six months. That would apply IF the Bolzan's don't challenge the Recognition.

Q: How long will it take for Recognition?

A: about 90 days for foreign Drfault Judgements ( res Judicata) as per the Brazilian superior courts record.
