James, First question: We did an issuance to parties related to the pending transaction of 144 restricted shares. These shares have a 12 month lock up restriction attached to them.
Second question: I have a standing request with the TA to update the float weekly. They apply any share requests for legend removal/deposit that have met those requirements and have been cleared by close of business every Friday. This is why you don’t see them posted until the following week as a confirmed number. You should see that update by Tuesday.
