Once again, that is COMPLETELY WRONG.

That document IS the Order.

At the very top of the document on the right side it says "ORDER" (in BOLD and UNDERLINED). I'm not sure how anyone could miss that.

Yes, I'm sure Mark threw up in his mouth a little bit when he signed the deal with Taub. But as we all know, it was cutting edge technology then as now and it took an enormous amount of money to get where Arrayit is today. Regardless of the cost it's better over with, than lingering. Imo
