Would be interested in your thoughts as well.

A reminder of the note I got from IR last Friday:

“We appreciate your concern and assure you that we are taking the proper steps to complete our filings and will update shareholders when we have material updates. While the current state of affairs in the world have created some delays for us we are still confident in completing all that we have announced previously. We continue to improve our technology offerings which you can find updated on the iOS and Android app store.”

Traderfan...position, a few items, etc......

Potse, what's your take on the delay of filings and other stuff here lately?

Still holding my full position and still expecting to get an extremely nice return on my investment here. Most of my recent attention/funds have been directed toward trying to make entries or additional accumulation of other situations or shells that i have an interest in. If I did not already have a large position established in PRFC, these sub-penny prices would look pretty tempting/attractive to me right now.

I don't share the same level of disappointment/pessimism that currently surrounds PRFC. The new management has only been on the job officially for less than 5 months. The investor relations/marketing firm has only been associated with PRFC for less than 3 months. I think the hiring of Michel Lebeuf as the corporate secretary and legal officer, and the engagement of Hybrid Financial as the IR/marketing firm shows the company is pretty serious about getting some things done.

The interesting thing about investing in OTC stocks is how dramatic and sometimes unexpected the shifts in sentiment can be toward particular stocks or sectors. A stock/sector out of favor today can be the hottest thing tomorrow. There are potential catalysts coming for PRFC, so it should be interesting to see what happens.

Regarding the filings: As far as I am aware, management never provided any specific timeline regarding when the filings would get completed so I think it would be prudent to give them a reasonable amount of time, especially given the recent global/economic situation. One small biotech company I was invested in last year raised some cash this year to get its filings current. I think the company estimated that it would take anywhere from 3-8 months to regain its current status, so these kinds of things don't always happen with just a snap of your finger.

A few observations/items: The NVSOS annual filing is due at the end of April. So that should get updated to the new management.

CEO Leonardo Cardoso seems to have gotten much more active in his social media accounts in the last couple/few weeks. Particularly related to his Brazen Capital firm.

If I recall correctly, someone on this board mentioned that PRFC might be reviewing/changing how it distributes its press releases in order to increase the PR exposure. It might be worth noting that PRFC still has not released any press release regarding the integration with Interactive Brokers (NASDAQ: IBKR). I still think the reaction to that press release could be potentially interesting.
