Get a better lawyer. The SEC has zero involvement or concern with this turd. Safe Harbor is absolute absolution. And, you can’t receive anything from an entity that has nothing. Sad but true. That’s why 95% or more of all OTC stocks are scams and why almost zero companies ever suffer for it.
