Absolutely agree. We are closer than we have ever been. WDDD has beat ATVI at every turn. Soon ATVI will be out of delays and in front of a Federal Judge who seems to already believe infringement has occurred. You correctly advised many that this would take much longer than anticipated. Some were unhappy with you. I for one agreed with your position. Its simply the reality in Federal Court. However, at this point the case looks like a winner.
