So far the only thing I have ever seen the CEO release in various non official and official pr's has been nothing but lies.. not even forward looking statements but straight say whatever and deliver zero each time.
It's certainly not an every day operating "bar/restaurant". People have to rent the space and bring their own food and drink in for their private event.
But it sounds better to refer to it the way Hudson did. And that's why no one takes anything he says at face value.
