Exactly. Siemens & Heineken are OTC. No ones perfect starting out in Tball league. More luck than perfection is required mostly to make it down here as a company and investing.

That is why 99% of OTCM investors lose money - by the time investors are chasing promoted stocks those frontloading or the insiders have dumped their shares why telling novice investors the price is going to "dollarland" - so they chase and hold and watch their investment disappear. Then they average down. I have researched hundreds of OTCM share selling schemes and they all end the same - lots of bagholders.

The only way to trade penny stocks that use message boards, social media (Twitter - Facebook), forward looking press releases, pumping 8-Ks and paid promotions is to just consider them all to be scams and just trade them do not invest in them. You'll lose 99% of the time if you believe the hype.
