I don't see BK happening anytime soon. Especially with a publicly traded stock. They can always raise money via the selling of shares.
The fact that something like this is even being mentioned is mystifying to me coming off of a record year rev and earnings wise. I have never seen that before. Something doesn't add up.
My guess is those 2 board members who resigned didn't like the tone of that PR and quit as a result....because it was the worst PR I have ever seen on the public markets.
I know if I had been a director and the CEO put that out, I would have quit too.
For whatever reason the selling has abated the past 2 days and the stock looks stronger, so I am guessing whomever was selling has run out of shares or is now happier with what is going on at the co.
I really think there is a lot of internal strife going on between management members, and those 2 directors quitting in my eyes confirms that. This ceo appears to be great at bringing in new biz, but he seems to suck at IR.
