I would not want to be short PRED with this kind of news developing as quickly as it is.

PRED is definitely going higher. Today it consolidated, and I picked up some more under $1.00. Probably raised my average price, but who cares. It's going much higher, IMO.

This test they PR'd is a game-changer.
