I agree it will bleed down without a catalyst or a certain time line. However, at the status conference the Judge will determine where they are at with the case and discuss any matters that may need to be addressed. Defense will try to present more issues and reasons for delay and WDDD will want it to move forward and set a Court date. We don't know if that will happen at this status conference, but if a Court date is set, the clock starts ticking down and the PPS moves up. This is what most of us are waiting for.
Yes it will. Conference will determine if trial date is to be set or if there are any other legal aspects prior to trial date. I think mostly procedural. I don't think she will allow any other BS delays. JMHO
