IMO, it can be helpful to actually read the approval letters! They are all the same format, with a few changes from one approval letter to the next! 8 pages seems to the standard length.

I think they are all different and if only a couple are read, then to comment is useless interpretation.

Only fourteen EUA approval letters have been authored since the new fast track guidelines were put into place on March 16. Two letters is about a 15% sample, but I will actually read a couple more to get the sample up to 30%.
