I think it depends how you define partner. Whatever it is I think it’s safe to say that their is no mutually exclusive relationship going on.

In the 10k it also says they have a Joint Development Agreement with a Dental company. Thats whats confusing. In the past it said they had initiated testing with a partner while at the same time saying they were looking for a partner.

Theres also no mention of their coatings collaberation in the 10k.

We have an active collaboration to develop silicon nitride coatings and anti-bacterial composite spacers and expect to move several other discussions toward formal development projects.
