If I'm reading the SS correctly I think we see that last 25 million restricted move to unrestricted in the next TA SS update.... So that will be the tell tale sign as to IF we've been given honest information in the filings.
The price is down. That scares people even without a pandemic. So I'm guessing a lot of that 15m was shareholders selling due to the uncertain times at present. I still believe we will get through this pandemic, life will return back to some normalcy and shoe sells will ramp up and all will be good with RBNW. But I have no magic crystal ball so we make our decisions and see how things play out.

They have 5 billion (that's with a 'B') shares to dilute, so whatever you think is the float today is already yesterday's news given they don't have to share their financials in a timely manner.
