You would think if the interim data was good they would be rushing to pass it early because that would effect who they could give it to for CV-19 but they seem to want to be slowing it down instead .

important to note here they stated they have been discussing these changes for SEVERAL months. That would mean they have been planning for talking about those changes BEFORE covid19 became a concern. So the parameter changes and final protocol modifications leads me to believe they werent going to reach statistical significance in one or more primary and secodnary endpoInts and they are trying to somehow rearrange the way the data is displayed.
