I dont have PMs but below is the response I received back from the Hugo Winkler ([e-mail]) last week. He responded within a couple hours. I just asked what they had in store for the ticker:




"Thank you for contacting us. We will shortly release some exciting news about a forthcoming merger with an Irish Registered Company, which will inject some substantial assets into BUDT. We are initially looking for a share price of around the $ 3.50 mark. It is the company’s intention to upgrade the listing from Pink to a higher level, and eventually possibly reaching the main board.



We will keep all our shareholders informed on a timely basis, and you can expect further news very soon."
