$3-7? $4-6 has always been my Bull Case. I guess with the irrational exuberance we may see $7 on a short spike.

Bear Case says $0.25 with Sr. Preferreds being Converted to Commons.

At current prices, Jr. Preferreds are the better buy unless you want to gamble on the hope "the Gov will do the right thing." :-D
