The annual flu is very different than the coronavirus! Check the news! It appears an anticipated COVID-19 vaccine will be a one time inoculation, which will last several years, if not forever, like the pneumonia or shingles vaccines. With the vaccine, there will never be a need for another coronavirus test, unless someone chooses to not be vaccinated.

Wrong my friend. Even the flu has to be tested annually.

Yes, there is commonly a new influenza vaccine every year, but only a small percentage of the population is actually tested for the annual influenza strain and that only happens when the patient shows symptoms of the flu. I get a flu shot every year and haven't had the flu and haven't been tested in forever.
