However, the Crook Findley, CEO of HAON was involved here and even created false PRs up to 2017 for LTCP as "president". He initiated dubious deals between the two companies. IMO LTCP is a clean shell with a tiny preserved float and only gains now that Findley is being booted and in trouble with the SEC for security fraud with his company HAON.
