Thank you for your email. We are working super hard with Scott and team to make this merger happen this month. We have a tight LOI in place where they have turned other offers for Sinister down to work with me and IGEX. I think Scott covered that in a tweet. I am an under promise over deliver type of guy so I won't give a date, but I expect it to happen this month as long as there are no further delays from the lawyers on contract verbiage. Also like i stated in the release we are working on acquiring two smaller brands from a very large brand here in the near future as well. I have a lot going on so sorry for everyone if I am not on twitter daily, but I have bigger fish to fry to make IGEX the company I want it to be. Hope this answers your question and helps.
