catastrophic announcements are the lead news story most every day....and will continue. But I sense you are talking about "the big one". The one that makes all of the others look like "little ones".
Like your analysis and positive attitude DropLine. Aren't we all just a bit leery (paranoid) that the other shoe will inevitably drop at some point, snapping the elevator support cable and plummeting us into free fall...essentially a market flushing of the toilet.
May happen if this runaway train gains any more steam with no answers of how to slow it down...soon!
