It's a matter of timing. For whatever reasons, ICBU will go up, and it will go down. The question is, did I get in low enough to reap a profit and with enough market support volume to sell and reap the profit I want....then wait for another opportune time to get back in when it goes low again.....being aware of wash sales, of course......
