First of all, Amtron is not the government of India. It's a state-owned corporation, and that is a HUGE difference. More importantly, why hasn't the agreement with Amtron been disclosed? The meaningless agreement with Amtronics signed less than a week before was disclosed. What don't they want us to see in the real agreement with Amtron?
