What makes you say that they wont submit to fda? Why would you not? They are set up already producing there other kits. Unfortunately this virus will be around for couple of years, fast track or not they should be able to jump in the next few months with competing companies to produce test kits. Its in there best interest to submit request to fda, the potential to make money is to hard to resist for them.
