The offering is at .03 cents is the problem. If you remember the 5 million that was sold to the investor @ .01, whenever it was above that price, he was selling. They are not looking to invest, just arbitrage.I wish he didn't put this out right now to kill the momo. I know it is a higher price, but most people here now didn't even know about the Reg A at .01. Hope you sold a little so you can buy back. Good luck
