for cbd he alluded that he realized he needed to really think about things, and plan well this time, and do consumer testing, and shit Surge is unlikely t do... thus the fake mention from Coxyloxie.

for nasdaq listing, of course, Surge would have to a Reverse Spilt, and get hundreds more shareholdes with at $2,500 in $SURG valuation... which is not very likely without a very strong push with a maintained pump.
