I would suggest that some of todays buying was the funds that have to be in it and now PPS is above thresholds they re -entered - same ones that likely sold when it tanked under thresholds BUT I really dont SFA about much

I agree oil is around all time lows so there is a good chance it can rally hard..will be great for GUSH, glty
