So essentially this is the same offering from 9/2019, but rather than selling 3M in shares at .01, now its been reduced to 1 Million shares at .03?

And the shares cannot be retail, must be sold to private investors?

Took some off the table..100 million at .03 is what I read but seeing now it is to increase price per share and reduce number of shares so may not be as bad as initially thought.

Was wondering why they would hurt their own holdings with s such a low ball offer.

Was sidetracked by NSPX DD and IMAC squeeze...
