It’s a amendment.. The original S-1 called for 300mil shares at .01 - This is an amendment REDUCING the amount to 100mil at .03 - SO less dilution at a higher share price.

It's actually better if people would read it correctly. Instead of 300 mill @ 01, it's reduced to 100 mill at .03

MUCH better news imho
