Can't help feeling confident. This is the most obvious "no-brainer" on the OTC. No matter what goes on with the rest of the economy the Navy will need Air To Air refueling! Believe me, the U.S. Military will NOT be shutting down!
Anybody that knows anything about TMPS knows they won the contract last time around. This time any possibility of a protest has been eliminated from the process.
Right now it's hard to believe we're still under .50
