There have been multiple rumors & innuendo with timelines for fins over the past months. There have been so many, I can't even remember them all. You need a scorecard.

But the latest rumors seem to expect them at the end of the 1st quarter (March 31) or 120 days after 1 Jan (April 30). Once those turn out to be a bust, I'm sure that others will appear...

Nope. At least that's my understanding. I may be wrong, idk? The general consensus was 120 days from 1/1/2020 which is 4/29/2020.
