What about those of us into both of them? In that the PR came out from WW first, I assumed it was from WW but now its mirrored on BIGN?

So let's try to figure out for ourselves. According to the Nevada Secretary of State records, WWO&G A/S is 400M:

So the O/S could be that amount at most, and probably is less.

So BIGN can distribute at most 40M shares. Assuming 376M O/S of BIGN, each shareholder will receive at most 0.1064 shares of WWO&G for each share of BIGN.
