Did you ever consider that QMC went on HOLD to put this BS K&L Gates off their back.

In no manner, shape, or form did K&L hinder QMC from doing business. QMC prevented QMC from doing any business.

As pointed out it's up to Amtron to Build India.

A regurgitated scam from the start as witnessed by the phony bait and switch contract from 2018. QDSCs do not even exist. No one has one.

So it's no big deal to rest easy on the Pinks while all this other crap settles just in time for Covid-19.

One excuse after another under this derelict's management. The Pink sheets are just a cover up for the ripoffs and scams.
