No it isnt.... the merger is pretty obvious. In the original Articles of Incorporation for Flower Pharmaceutical, you'll see a name and and address that is very familiar. And Flower is paying over $20k a month just in rent for their new facility.... I'm still collecting shares here.... But this may help you for now, NS. We'll get rolling on some DD shortly! :)
