I think there was a guy on the board who dealt with them . I think they put you on the nobo list automatically. Im not really sure on it as i cant remember exactly what his post said.
I have a schwab account .. The first person i talked to said he didnt understand and never heard of the nobo..i said transfer me to the trading dept..no help so i said transfer me to the dividend dept and was finally told that my account was on the nobo list . At schwab unless you specifically state you dont want to be on the nobo list then your are ok. I also asked them to send me an email to confirm and asked them to also note our conversation in my file.
