I agree on the judge's ruling, this will be the same or lower royalties than currently ruled on by the jury.
So worst news over there..

Injunction for the US is the only real risk on the table, that would meand a two-three year delay whilst coming up with a different production company.
For all reasons the 4th legal argument will be important there, blocking iplex would cause children to have 365 extra injections per year, blocking iplex would rule out higher dosage when less receptive (increlex kills the rats there)
And diseases like MMD are quite dreadfull for those suffering from it,iplex is the only possible treatment for it,.,
So any phase II results there prior to the judge having the hearing would be a big plus

I also hope/expect a partner to be presented for europe...and expect them to delay financing due to that

Also any positive phase II studies do enhance the possible
future value of the company, and shortlived or not, the shareprice will react on such good news in anticipation.

Buy4long,

Yes, additional financing can come from a partnership, debt, or stock issuance. But let's be honest and realistic. Which is it going to come from? Stock issuance.

Does INSM have a history of large debt financing? No. Who will lend money to a corporation that will most likely continue to lose $15million a quarter for the next 5-10 years?

Stock issuance, mark my words. Don't be foolish, it's going to be announced most likely in a matter of weeks.

Partnership, give me a break, how long have you cheerleaders been talking about a partnership. I'm not here to bash, I'm here to make money.

This stock is known to fluctuate widely. It'd be best to purchase at $0.60 when financing news comes out and dump at $1.20 with a bounce. That'd save you 5-10 years waiting for this corporation to become a $1 billion dollar market cap corp to achieve a PPS of $2.

Am I not wrong?
