One way or the other, they will need to file just to Bk, right?? I’m sure the SEC will extend filing dates now!! Either way, there is a VERY old saying in public accounting/Cos, if you’re gonna lose money, write every damn thing off you can to clean the books because it won’t make a difference except for the future benefit.
