I don't know. But they have to address the stock dividend (F-1) in the 10-K.

The $63M TRW receivables over 1 year old is becoming more and more a problem. My feeling tells me we will not get the stock dividend but SIAF may increase its stake in TRW instead. What they should have done 3 years ago.
