RE: call in orders. It's not all that uncommon with Penny Tickers to change them to call in orders when a tickers get highly volatile. I've been with Erade 21 years and I've never encountered a ticker they wouldn't let one purchase. Never. Changing the terms to call in buys only..... I've seen it maybe 30-40 times over the 21 years.
